Not Happy About Sharing Tips.

Apparently, now individual tips for table game dealers at the Agua Caliente casinos are not individual anymore. The money is now about to be pooled. Each will get the extra money in their paychecks.
David Fendrick, Chief Operating Officer of the two casinos run by the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, claimed the policy was not meant to be a punishment. Instead it was to eliminate IRS audit, help schedule assignments, and increase game speed and dealers working together more.
Some weren�t as understanding, some were angry not to get it the same day, even if it was shared, and angered one enough to resign. That was a shock because these dealers have been there for 10 years, and have been loyal. Now they are feeling the casino is not being loyal to them.
