Swedish state-owned gambling empire is now expanding out. The company has been given the go-ahead to start an internet poker site. This was all approved by the government already.
Deputy Prime Minister Bosse Ringholm thinks other wise. He doesn�t want them to run internet casinos or betting exchanges. Of course his word wasn�t the word that got through.
The government attached several conditions to the license. That means that only 18-years and up can play. The second stipulation was all players must have a limit of the amount that they are prepared to lose. That will be the only way internet poker will be allowed.
