Acquisition Finally Comes Through

A popular gaming company has announced that they have acquisition of two internet gaming companies. It is a big day, when one company acquires two fast and easy. The company said it had agreed to buy the Costa Rica-based site for an �20.7m and Antigua-based site for an �9.5m.
The company is proposing to raise up to �24.37m by way of a placing of 19.5m new shares at 125p per share. This will be fully underwritten by a supporting group. The gaming company also recently purchased sports and poker sites, only last month.
