West Memphis Votes on Racetrack Expansions.

It seems that voters in West Memphis and Hot Springs will have the opportunity to vote on this issue of race tracks in their own cities. They will get the opportunity to choose for or against this issue of expanding legal gambling.
Oaklawn Park and Southland Greyhound Park can already add �electronic games of skill.� The Arkansas Racing Commission would decide what games would qualify to be added. Any vote for the race tracks allow them to get video poker and other games.
Both tracks offer Instant Racing, which is a big success on its own. This is a game that allows players to bet on the results of big races. Turnout has been heavy, so far to for voting. Clerks and other voting officials expect even more throughout the day.
