NCC Looking For Gambling License.

The National Cattle Congress has been hoping for a gambling license, so where else would they go, to state gambling regulators. These regulators say no, they are not control of something of this magnitude. They say take it to the judge.
So it looks like the Congress will go to court to receive such an honor. Here it may or may not be decided if s license will even be discussed for giving out. The state gambling regulators of Iowa want no part.
The Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission were happy to turn down a request by NCC for a gambling license. They hope to reopen the Waterloo Greyhound Park, but are without a license. The park had a gaming license before expanded legislation was adopted in 1994. The NCCs only hope in this matter is to go to court. NCC officials said they have not ruled out this possibility.
