In the UK mobile phone are huge, there are always new ways to make the phone better, and more entertaining. The growth of gambling is phenomenal in the UK, so what better time to enjoy ones self, by playing through the phone. Today the mobile phone offered betting pages to be downloaded through this little gadget.
The amount of people doing this will be about three million this year, a rise of 367% from 2004. The research from Mintel concluded that unlimited access to gambling through mobile phones will mean a rise in player addiction. Gambling downloads are 9% of all downloads seen on the mobile phone today.
