Tenessee finally joins 47 other states and approves gambling!!
This historical occasion has happened last week as Governor of Nashville has accepted a lottery to fund collegee scholarships.
As for now, �Utah and Hawaii are the only states left which do not permit any form of gambling.�
The next step in implementing this decision will begin at the first quarter of next year, with students that will start selling the first lottery tickets in fall 2004!
